The Hills (Season 4 Episode 16)

It's Just The Beginning

First of all, this episode was filled with so much drama and irritating actions that it is hard to fit all of my thoughts on the WWW. As everyone should know, Audrina heard from a friend (who we once again do not see) Dino that Lauren and Justin, yes that Justin, were hooking up. I'm not so sure who's more of the idiot? Audrina for actually thinking that Lauren would like anything to do with the renowned Justin Bobbi (however you spell it), or Dino, for creating more crap that Audrina has to worry about? Hmmm, maybe they are both idiots! Yes. So, Audrina being the gullible one she is, melts down and confronts Lauren about this wonderful scenario MTV loves to slip into random episodes. The confrontation doesn't go as planned, because we all know Audrina just wants Lauren to say that she did it, when we know she would never, so Audrina left the house in a pissy unfriendly mood. Audrina should be the bigger person and, if she is a true friend, trust Lauren. Lauren has been there through Audrina's ups and downs with Justin, Audrina should know that Lauren doesn't have any feelings for Justin! Audrina decides that she would love to see Lauren again, but this time at a more classy and sophisticated place...the club. With all of that noise and blah blah in the background, Audrina and Lauren fought it off once again. But, the words got more intense, Lauren got so mad that she told Audrina that she was worse than Heidi! OMG, I know! That was the great big word you should never say to anyone who knows the way Lauren feels about Heidi! But, Audrina after all of that still didn't believe her. Audrina left as Lauren cried in her mother Lo's arms. After all of the wonderful commercials, Audrina decides to confront Justin about this rumor that has been going around. Justin says "no", but I'm not too sure we can all trust him, and Audrina just keeps on pushing those buttons. She just can't take "no" for an answer! Justin then leaves her, and he has a good excuse. If they are in a relationship together, there should be some trust. Audrina Breakdown Moment! This episode really reveals Audrina's true side. We all hope that she isn't really like this, but she has some major trust issues. I'm not too sure if she has confidence in herself to overcome great obstacle like this? Okay finished with that. To wrap things up, we will see what's going to happen with the two friends who were supposedly "getting closer ever since Audrina moved out"??? (Quote from Lauren Conrad in S4 E15)Yah, don't know what that was all about...

Twilight the movie PREMIERE

After waiting in line with my advanced ticket in hand, reading the
hottest book of the year, and torching myself as I waited for the
movie that was the most talked about for months, I have come to an
overall rating. The comparison between the well written book and the
long awaited movie.
First of all, the book. Many said it was a girls book, and indeed
there was a spoonful "Mr. Romantic," a.k.a. Edward Cullen, in the
book, but there was its fair share of easy reading adventure and
action for the guys as well. I loved the detail and the teen romance
as well as the purity of the book. There was no vulgar material, but
the book was an awesome hit!
The movie, I can simply make a short opinion on this one. I loved
it! But not as much as the book. The book was way better than the
movie just because of the detail and imagery. The movie cut out some
of my most favorite parts in the book. My favorite part was the
meadow, but the movie made it a two minute clip.
I loved both the movie and the book, but I really do hope that the
next movie will be a bit better, and up to par with the book.

Book: 4.5/5
Movie: 3.75/5

The Hills (Season 4 Episode 15) & SPECIAL PREVIEW!

Messy Relationships
Relationships, relationships, relationships. I must say, The Hills gives relationships a whole new meaning. The fighting, complexity, and drama just gives The Hills' cast a new structure of relationships. Audrina and Justin are such a great couple. At least in this episode that is. The way they represent themselves through their words and actions gives them a cutesy, but not serious love relationship status. On the other hand, the dark side, Heidi and Spencer have the worst relationship. Since the beginning, Heidi has been nothing but defensive over Spencer only because she wants this relationship to last. Heidi needs to wake-up and think about her wants and especially needs. Spencer is getting in the way of everything, creating a negative atmosphere and very bad emotions for everyone in The Hills. I'm glad that Heidi finally made the effort to talk to Sam about another shot at sbe, but Spencer should have definitely been a better boyfriend and support her desire. Lauren and Audrina seem to be hangin' in there, but their relationship has no substance. All they talk about is Justin and Lo (rarely). Holly, sort of the nice one on the outside, traded spaces and is now living with Lauren and Lo. It is definitely a change, but things are working out. Holly, in my opinion, has a dark side to her as well. She proved her character just like a true backstaber as she talked about her own sister behind Heidi's back with the person she knows Heidi is not getting along with at the moment. Hmmm. We will see in the episodes to come.

Think About The Future

I watched the promo for the next episode of The Hills, and OMG! it can't be a breakup! I will really be sad if Audrina and Lauren break up as friends. It was such a cruel statement for Lauren to say that Audrina was "worse than Heidi!" What is that? Is everyone a backstabbing, two-faced person now-a-days? And, I'm pretty sure in my mind, Justin isn't Lauren's type. But, we will have to wait and see...

Is it me or are they twins?

I usually do not watch The Hills After show. But, I recently watched it this past week and to my amazement, I was reminded of a special someone when I saw the host of the after show, Jessi. It didn't hit me 'til later that Jessi looked kind of like Ashley Tisdale. It was just a bit awkward for me and that's why I had to put their pictures next to each other so that maybe others could see the resemblance. Although they may not have the same hair color or nose shape, they definitely have the same personalities, fun, energetic, and bubbly. Just thought I'd drop this in as a Candids.

The player, The boyfriend, and The Damsels in Distress

"Mediocre" was the word that could best describe this weeks episode. Whitney and Lauren went to New York on a People's Revolution business trip to take part in the casting call for Buckler's men's line. Whitney was supposed to rekindle the so called "flame" between her and Alex, a male model she met in NYC. Things obviously didn't work out because Alex was a guy who wasn't outgoing enough for Whitney. Alex should have been a bit mor agreesive when the models and the girls met up at the club. He definitely shouldn't have been hanging out with other guys and his regular groupies. More time spent with Whitney and getting know each other would've helped the relationship. But, even then, I think that the two would have had no chemistry. Though, it would've been nice for Whitney to have a friend in the city. Whitney then went on to hook up with Adam's friend, a.k.a. "the serenader", and that was pretty unkind of her. She could've at least spent a little time with Alex and told him that things weren't going to work out, then leave with the Australian musician. What's up with The Hills' girls and their Aussies and bandies? Anyway, that was that. There wasn't too much coverage on those two. As for Lauren, she laid pretty low this episode, as in many recent episodes. Most likely because the shows ending and she's being pushed out??? That's my guess. Heidi and Spencer were very mature, in some respect, during this episode. Heidi started off wanting to start her resumé so that she could find another job. But of course Spencer had to put his two cents and add some of his dumb jokes in before she left the room. That evening as they had the wonderful choice of water at Kress nightclub, Spencer did what could have possibly turned out to be the worst thing in The Hills history, but it actually turned out to be great. Like any good boyfriend would do, Spencer talked to Brent at the club about Heidi's job loss and surprisingly did it in the proper manner. Of course Heidi then "needed" to talk to Brent and apologize for the mishap, but I think that Heidi's "beg" for her job back was a bit uncalled for. She shouldn't have done it in a club, instead maybe call, write a letter/e-mail, or an appointment for a face to face meeting. It was in a way the right thing for Spencer to do as a way to better the relationship between Heidi and him, but it wasn't his place. As for Lauren, Audrina, and Lo, they laid pretty low this episode; hence me giving them the name "damsels in distress", still waiting for someone (exculding Audrina). So, that was pretty much the big scoops from this week's episode.

Starting A New

Today is the day that I have decided why not get serious about this posting up my thoughts online, also known as blogging. I have been doing this for quite some time now but through the one and only, ever so popular, and ever so reliable, Myspace. But, here I am now on Blogger. Can't wait to get started. I'm pretty much a regular person who loves to share thoughts, ideas, and give some of my two cents here and there. To some, blogging is the most retarded thing they've heard of but they should know that blogging is just a way of speaking your thoughts. So, I pretty much talk about things I'm interested in and hopefully it can relate to some people out there in the world. Feel free to give me any feedback or advice.

peace,

The Hills (Season 4 Episode 13)

I have posted this on my old blog, but here it is just for the sake of archiving.

This episode proved that all of my thoughts were correct. So, it was in a way sad that Audrina left the house. But, if you think about it, she wasn't really there much during the two years she resided there. I was surprised Lauren and Lo weren't really ballin' because of the abrupt and dissapointing notice they received, what, two days before she needed to move out. Great step for Audrina, hopefully. So, she's so anxious to move in she asks Justin to move in with her. I have the biggest feeling that she only bought this damn house for the sake of her and Justin's relationship, like her sister said in the show. She says she's not forcing it upon him or making it a big deal. But it's a big deal if you buy a $2 million house and say that those three levels are going to be for yourself. Justin will definitely be spending some "quality" time in the new Hollywood house, but the question is...will he decide to move in for the betterment of the relationship? or is he the same Justin, trashy and a player? Audrina may just have to find out the hard way. Lauren seems to be doing the same as well as Lo. The other big moment of this episode was Heidi getting fired! It's about time Brent! That bleach is getting to her head, she really needs to think about her life and not try to incorporate Spencer and her friends into every single Bolthouse production event. Well, it's a bit late for this advice now. As much as Heidi is responsible for her action, Spencer should take some responsibility for his actions while he was at XIV too. It seems as if he knew that would happen. He definitely should have discouraged Heidi from drinking, especially since he was a guest and really not supposed to be interacting with Heidi. Audrina should have said something about them having a couple of cocktails, but she's the innocent one. Anyway, we will definitely see what's going to happen in the future episodes...

*Character Update:
Whitney- Oh boy, she's going on her own! Yes, I have watched the next generation of The Hills. Soon to be called The City, Whitney is going to be running the show. She's moving to New York to work for Revolution there, but is going to find out that it's a whole nother life there. It'll be very interesting and it's wierd cause I really want to live in NY or LA, so since I've got The Hills experience, maybe The City will give me a hint of the big apple lifestyle. I know that she's going to have fun and especially get a new experience with all of the new people, guys, and colleagues she meets. Good luck Whitney, and can't wait to see the show!

The Hills (Season 4 Episode 12)

I have posted this on my old blog, but here it is just for the sake of archiving.

The main reason for this post is the fact that Audrina is getting all of the lime light, just as I predicted, and she's making decisions that are crazy! Audrina finally made up her mind and is now OFFICIALLY going out with Justin. Great! She always seems to fall in love with him for the dumbest reasons. Audrina obviously told Corey things weren't working out and I thought they were a very good couple. But, this episode was pretty lame so that's pretty much it.

*Character Update:
Justin a.k.a. "Justin Bobby"He's just another one of Audrina's boys who knows how to sweep Audrina off her feet. That's pretty uncaring of him to keep playing games with Audrina, going from chick to chick, and then when he's got nothing else to do, go back to Audrina. Who knows? Is Audrina going to make a wrong decision...
;)
